When sending e-mailed art, please include your company name and contact information in the message. If you leave out this information there may be delays with the processing of your order. We recommend that you include your company purchase order number in the subject line of the email.
Vector based artwork is preferred. Vector-Based: Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Encapsulated Postscript (.EPS), Corel Draw (.CDR). Please make sure that all placed images are included and fonts are converted to curves/outlines.

Sending other raster based formats may incur additional art charges.
Raster-Based: Adobe Photoshop (.PSD), TIFF, All raster-based images must be at least 300 dpi.

Black and white camera ready art work is also accepted. It must be actual size or up to 300%

Batteries:
All items that use cell batteries include batteries. AA and AAA batteries are not included, please inquire.

Co-Op Programs:
Are welcomed, transparencies, special price, are examples of our service.

Custom Items or Sourcing:
Special requests on custom made items, imported items and new items are welcomed.
We are an importer, manufacturer and printer. Your programs will be handled with personal attention by our expert staff, locally and overseas.

Drop shipment:

Enclosures:

Order Cancellation:
On imprinted items is not accepted. 24 hours after order is received there will be a 50.00 [X] charge plus any charges of the imprinting process. No cancellations accepted after the Sales Order has been signed.

Over-Underruns:
Up to 5%

PMS Match:
35.00 [V]. If “close to” specified there is no charge. If any color as our “standard color” is specified there is no charge as per the link below.

Warranty:
