What is your warranty?-
All the items sold by Dima Line carry a two year warranty excluding batteries. Returned items will be replaced with no imprint. Please email incentives@dimaline.com for RA # and shipping information.

What does the price include?
The price includes a one standard color, one position imprint on the item provided camera-ready artwork is supplied. A $56.25 [V] screen and set-up charge per color per position is extra. Repeat orders require only a set-up charge of $35.00 [V]
What are your standard colors?
Standard Silk Screened Colors are; Black, White, Gold (PMS 873), Silver (PMS 877),
Medium Yellow (PMS 109), Rhodamine Red, Fire Red (PMS 185), Rubine Red,
Dark Green (PMS 343), Burgundy (PMS 202), Emerald Green (PMS 334),
Process Blue, Ultra Blue (PMS 280), Teal (PMS 327), Grey (PMS 423),
Maroon (PMS 208), Purple (PMS 267), Orange (PMS 021), Pink (PMS 225),
and Reflex Blue.

Is there a charge for a PMS match?
There is a $35.00 [V] charge for a PMS match, but if you specify "close to" on your purchase order there is no extra charge.

What is your running charge for additional colors?
There is a $56.25 [V] screen and set-up charge per additional color per position and a running charge [V] based on quantity as follows:
12 pieces, add $ .95 per
25 pieces, add $ .95 per
50 pieces, add .50 per
100 pieces, add .50 per
250 pieces, add .50 per

For CAL390 and CAL401 additional running charges:
2.95 (V) /12-25, 2.00 (V)/50-100, 1.50 (V) /100 and up

What is normal shipping time?
Orders are normally shipped in 10 working days after the sales order has been approved. For watch orders normal shipping time is 2 -8 weeks.

Do you offer paper proofs?
Yes, paper proofs are available for a charge of $10.00 [V]

Do you do typesetting?
Yes, there is a minimum charge of $20.00 [V]

What about artwork?
Black and white camera-ready artwork is required. It must be actual size, or up to 400%. We prefer digital artwork, either raster-based, such as Adobe Photoshop (.psd), EPS, TIFF, or, in some cases, JPEG. All raster-based images must be 600 ppi or greater. Vector-based artwork will yield the best results; acceptable formats include Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Macromedia Freehand (.fh#), CorelDraw (.cdr), Encapsulated Postscript (.eps), Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), or Windows Metafile (.wmf). Please make sure that all placed images are included, and that all type is converted to curves/outlines.

How can I get a sample?
Please fax a request to Customer Service, Sample Department at 973-895-9631 and be sure to include your UPS, FedEx, or Airborne shipping account number, and we will send out a sample on your account number. Many items are shipped absent any additional charges, and if there is a charge it will be reversed if the sample is returned in a sellable condition within 30 days.

What is your policy on overruns and under runs?
We almost always print the precise amount ordered, but may run up to 5% on rare occasions.

Can you do rush orders?
We always do our best to accommodate rush orders, often without a rush charge. Please call for rush order quotes.

Are batteries included?
Cell batteries are included with all items that use them. AA and AAA batteries are also included on some items and can be included and inserted for an additional charge, please call.
